Su aplicaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo permite una f\u00e1cil homogeneizaci\u00f3n y una instalaci\u00f3n sencilla del producto. Una vez seco, forma una pel\u00edcula resistente a la intemperie y a los rayos UV, con alta capacidad de relleno de fisuras y resistencia a la micro fisuraci\u00f3n. Es ideal para prevenir filtraciones en terrazas, azoteas, tejados, juntas de dilataci\u00f3n, bajantes, entre otros.
